Phillies announce the resigning of seven players and contract buyouts for two others. Contract updates were also made on four players currently on prospect contracts. Eight players. whose contracts expired at the end of the 2025 season will not be resigned and will become free agents.

I currently don't have access to "Commissioner Claim/Drop" so I can't process part of these requests.
With the deadline looming some of these requests need to be processed ASAP so I will copy those that can wait and move those that I can do.
Also, all of the released players should be charged a salary cap hit. We are days away from rolling over the spreadsheet (huge assumption that it is even used anymore) which will erase both 2025 Cap hits and players from the roster. Why bother?
