                                              take 2024 rank #27 = $6m X 60% = $3.6m
                                              round off to nearest salary 1st $3.5m (5r) 2030 or
                                              2nd $4m (5yr) 2030 pick what I can use either or.

$3.6m being the amount, you must pay at least that much. Therefore, since we only use $500K increments the amount must be rounded up. I can't think of an instance here where you might round down.
Rounding $3.6m up to $4m would satisfy the portion of the rule concerning minimum amount of Prospect Extension.
Contract= $4m(2030)
