Title: Dodgers/Brewers Trade 7/29/25 10:01AM
Post by: NippyJones on July 29, 2025, 09:14:13 AM

The Brewers trade MI Cole Young (P-na)

to the Dodgers for CI Otto Kemp (P-na)

The Brewers are in need of a CI and have a strength in the MI position. Both players have similar stats and will help each team with their daily lineup construction.

Dodgers agree.
With both Contreras and Steer going full time to CI next years I had an abundance there. Crawford's contract expires after next season. If he keeps the current pace his extension would be in the $8 range and will be 32 years old. Hoping Young can take his place.
