Title: Nationals/Guardians Trade
Post by: DaveW on April 22, 2025, 10:18:46 AM

Nationals trade:

Gavin Cross OF KC prospect
Jonah Tong SP NYM prospect
Alex Clemmey SP WAS prospect

Guardians trade:

Jose Ramirez 3B CLE $20.14MM(2028)

Nationals approve.  Dealing from my strong farm system to bring on a star, albeit an expensive one.  Thanks for the trade talks @Brian and good luck!

guardians agree not a easy trade i make but a trade i need to do i add some young tallent to my minors. Cleveland started off way to slow and i dont see me contending this yr at all. i was hopeing my hitting would develope this yr but it didnt happen. Im confident that once my young guys in minors start to develope ill be back on top and ill have a great team but until that happens ill stick with what i have and let it play out.
