Astros Give:

CI Berkman, Lance, $14m (2010)
X-CI Berkman, Lance, Money from HOU, $-6m in 2010
8-11 HOU


Phillies Give:

MI Rollins, Jimmy, $8m (2010)
8-29 PHI

Astros gain a little more youth and a player that will provide help when he is healthy to a team that is rated dead last in power rankings, this was a move to improve the Astros future, nowhere to go but up. Plus he adds further depth in the team's MI with pieces to CI to add in next year FA pool, Astros have current depth to cover CI position this year with some 1st and 2nd year current players.
