Title: Nationals-Astros Trade
Post by: DaveW on March 24, 2025, 02:45:02 PM

Nationals trade:

Colt Keith 2B DET
Devin Saltiban 2B PHI prospect

Astros trade:

Isaac Paredes 3B HOU 7.0MM in 2025, arb3 in 2026

Nationals approve.  Trying to strengthen my MLB starting lineup even if it means taking on some additional salary.  I like the fit of Paredes in Houston and hope he's set for a big year.  I also think Colt is going to be great but I've got good depth at his position.  Thanks and good luck @trent1x !

Astros approve. Big fan of Parades but need a second basemen and I think Keith will take a step this upcoming season to be a great young piece at a shallow position.
