Title: Nationals/Tigers Trade
Post by: DaveW on March 07, 2025, 08:36:31 PM

Nationals trade:

Alex Bregman 3B BOS 22MM (2029)
Trevor Williams SP WAS 4MM (2027)

Tigers trade:

Colt Keith 2B DET ARB2 ($750k)
Jace Jung 3B DET promote to 40-man roster
Kevin McGonigle INF DET prospect
Josue Briceno C/1B DET prospect

Nationals approve.  I think Bregman is going to be great this year, but the chance to get a bunch of high-potential youngsters at a lower cost was too much to pass up.  Good luck @TheLongHorn and thanks for the trade talks!
