I'm coming up with some different buy out numbers and want to confirm with you before proceeding with anything on the spreadsheet:
LeMahieu (2025 $11m)
$11m x 90% = $9.9m x 1.1 = $10.89m -> rounded up to $11m in 2025
McCullers (2026 $8m)
$8m x 90% = $7.2m
$8m x 60% = $4.8m
$12m x 1.1 = $13.2m -> rounded up to $13.5m
Turnbull (2026 $6.5m)
$6.5m x 90% = $5.85m
$6.5m x 60% = $3.9m
$9.75m x 1.1 = $10.725m -> rounded up to $11m

The 10% tax is only charged when you "buyout"or completely eliminate a contract. What this is is a "release" where you continue to pay on the contract (Cap Hit)
