4 mil is the lowest you can go on a 3 year deal given what you bid...3 million a year has a maximum contract length of 3 years, which ends up being 2 mil less than you bid...

5.5 mil@2 is also an option

No, I meant $4m (2014).  $4m for 3 years.  4 years would be a $5.5m minimum per year.
