The first thing new this year is that I have retired from playing as a Commissioner/Owner. This will give me a more excellent range without being an owner, making your gaming experience my top priority, although it always has been.
League Rule Changes:
To keep talent flowing, the only league change is that you can resign only six pending free agents. Those are players in their sixth year and current ending year (2024). You do not need to do the math on the extensions if you do not wish. Post the six extended players with the number of years 1-3, and I will handle it from there for you.
What is coming for this year:
As Commissioner, I would like to put out a FAQ section instead of the normal rules section. I think it needs to be simplified quite a bit so it's not so overwhelming. I will work on those things as time allows. The rule book is clearly there, but I think I would just like to make it easier to find the information that you seek.
What do the members want?
I always consider what the members want for a great gaming experience. So, as in years past, I will continue to listen to what you, the members, want and determine the best way to proceed. If it makes sense to do something, then let's do it. If there is anything that you would want added here, then bring it up. There are some aspects of the board I am still learning, so I may need a little help. But again, this is your league, so if I can do it, I want to.
