Title: Twins-Marlins Trade.

The Twins are trading CF Mike Trout to the Marlins for SP Nate Eovaldi, CF/OF Tyrone Taylor and SP prospect Brett Wichrowski.

The deal allows the Twins to continue to bolster their starting rotation, supplement their OF, add a promising SP prospect to their minors and create a little more cap room.

Marlins confirm the trade. We are trading from our SP depth to acquire Trout who can thrive if he can stay heathy.

Marlins receive:

Mike Trout
2025 $32M
2026 $2M
2027 $2M

Twins receive:

Nate Eovaldi, $19M (2029)
Tyrone Taylor, $2M (2027)
Brett Wichrowski, P-n/a, $0.5M
