Title: Reds - Mariners
Post by: TheLongHorn on December 03, 2024, 11:45:50 PM

:CIN: sends:

OF Adolis Garcia $24M (2029)

2026 3rd round pick via :MIN:

to :SEA: for:

C Ryan Jeffers $26M (2029)

Reds make this deal to fill a need at Catcher, we?ve got some young outfielders coming up soon, so we?ll flip a star for a star at another position. Mariners to confirm, thanks @frankbullsfan!

Mariners confirm bringing in Garcia and a pick for gives me more depth at OF and Jeffers was very movable after my mistake winning both catchers allowing me now to put Goodman where I wanted him in the first place as my backup catcher and extra OF.  Only bad thing of this deal I didn?t see any Beavers I could add to my roster.
