:NYY: Receives
Jake Burger 1B-3B/MIA $0.5 (P-2025)
Grant Holmes $0.5 SP-RP/ATL (P-2027)
Alex Clemmey SP/WSH (Spec)
Wilkelman Gonzalez SP/BOS (Spec)

:COL: Receives
Sandy Alcantara SP/MIA $11.2 (2026)
2025 4th Rd Pick (CIN)
2026 3rd Rd Pick (NYY)

Yankees ACCEPT - Picking up a power bat along with a swingman and 2 prospects we like for Alcantara who is coming off TJS. This deal helps the team's o/a depth and positional flexibility. Nice talks with @DaveW

Rockies accept.  Alcantara will hopefully be ready to go for spring training, so I'm hoping that he can reclaim most of his pre-TJ form.  Losing the underrated Jake Burger hurts but I've got solid depth at each of his positions.  Thanks and good luck Ben!
