@GoOs83 I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Sign to Prospect Contract" for those final 3 names.

This is what I am trying to do:
Section E- Prospect Contracts
Item AIX E-1.0
1.) A player can be signed to a prospect contract as long as they have pitched less than 40 IP or played in less than 50 games in their career.
2.) The contract is at the league minimum, but it can be more as in the case of some inherited contracts.
I apologize if that?s not the right way to get minor league players signed and move to my major league, reserve roster. Thanks.

No problem, @GoOs83 .
The process you posted is how you sign new players (such as unsigned minor league FAs) to prospect contracts (if eligible).
Since all 3 of these players are already on your roster, all you need to do is promote them to the MLB squad.
