Clay Holmes ($6.1m)
Emmanuel Clase ($2.9m)
Garrett Whitlock ($3.5m)
George Kirby ($0.8m)
Graham Ashcraft ($0.8m)
Matt Brash ($0.8m)
Ryne Nelson ($0.8m)
Shane Baz ($0.8m)
Tylor Megill ($0.8m)

The Tigers decline to offer arbitration to the following players:
Sean Bouchard
Nick Gordon
Jose Alvarado

The Tigers waive and DFA the following players and place them in minor leagues if they clear waivers:
Charlie Blackmon
Mason McCoy
