Title: RULES CHANGE PROPOSAL: Allow contacts to be on increments of 100k

Not sure I understand why this league has been so set on increments of 500k.  It makes more seems to me a lot of cap space is left on the table just because we have to round to the nearest 500k.

It was set up like that so it would be easy to do spreadsheets so no teams can go with a contract like 625,450 dollors. Less work for the person updateing spreadsheets.

I somewhat agree to this proposal but at a certain point in the bidding process the minimum bid increments should be $500K. I would say for example if a bid reaches $5M then the minimum bid of $500K kicks in from that point forward.

This would not be specific to bids.

The current bid rule for contracts over $20m would continue.  After $20m, it must be in multiples of $1m.
