OAK agrees to the deal. I get a pitcher I like and a young player on a cheap deal I can use to plug in when needed. I move a few pitchers I had unprotected and feel I can replace. I also move Senzel who I would have cut but this saves me a little cap which I will probably be close on

Expos agree i add some young pitching i like alot and allows me to add pitchers
 to my team and alow me to be able to go into free agency and be able to go after certain players knowing i dont have watch my cap as much
