Marcus Kruger

If I understand the rules correctly, I can sign him for 2 years @ 1.4 Each, making it 2.8M Total? If so, do it up!

You can sign him to 1-3 year rookie contract.  He was drafted in 2009 5th round 149th overall. So he would make 0.2 mill on a term of up to 3 years your choice.
