Title: Trade: Pelicans/Kings
Post by: Brent on July 30, 2024, 03:16:49 PM

The Pelicans and Kings agree on the following trade.  The Pelicans do this to pair another young Center with Wemby.  We are giving up a talented Wing and young G who both can shoot 3s, but this fits my build plan.  Thanks for the negotiations, Kings to confirm.

Pelicans trade:
PG Antonio Reeves, $0.5M, P-2026
SF/PF Trey Murphy III, $3.7M 2024

For

Kings trade:
C Mark Williams $4.5M, 2025
2026 2nd (Kings)

Kings agree. We gain a pair of talented young players, especially to fill a need at SFG
