Title: Vote for MiLR issues

I'm holding a vote for the issues that are going on now. This is going to annoy some people and make some people happy.... I thinks it's the most fair way to deal with this as there has been a lot of division in our league about this.

VOTEING WILL END MONDAY AT 12:00AM. MAJORITY WINS. BIDDING ON THE PROSPECTS WILL BE FROZEN UNTILL THEN.

Vote for option 1 or 2 please

Let the 3 teams that lost propects have a window of 48hrs to sign them to a rookie contract and then have them released to free agency  if they fail to do so. From on I will make a post giving 24hrs notice to sign a prospect or loose him once I discover he has played more than 40 games

Or

Leave things just the way they are

I vote for option 1.  I think it is a bad way to do business and when I was comish I had periods in which I would go through the minors and look at games played, then the player auto went to the major league roster and was given the appropriate contract.  It is too much to have players being stolen, that isn't good.  Instead teams just have to change their teams if the move causes them to go over or whatever it is.

Peter you da bomb buddy... Im glad we work so great together and come up with ideas like this that makes the league better as a hole...I truly hope everyone recognizes how hard Peter works to make you all happy and make your league the best it can be!!

i vote option 2.

my reason being it's not like 40 games snuck up on someone and took them by surprise. you're in this league because you like the idea of a deep 30 team league with cap and MiLR. if you baby people, then ppl expect to be babied for everything and the excuses fly. i didn't lose a MiLR player but if i did i would have had to accept it because that's what's been outlined in the rules... a pain in the ass to read every rule thread posted, yes, but they are posted.

This has been updated in the Rules section under "Draft Picks, Entry Draft, Minor League Rosters"
