Can Juan Yepez please be switched from OF to CI?

In the minors this year, he played 65 games at 1B and 10 at DH and in the majors he has played 10 games at 1B

FT lists only 9 games played at 1B so far.

The rule is 25 games, to qualify for a new position. So 9 or 10 makes no difference. 

The rule also says that a player coming up from the minors leagues is reassessed when they are called up, so I was asking for Yepez to be reassessed based on his call up and not having played the OF all season in the minors.

He played 37 OF games and 31 minor league 1B games in 2023 which qualifies him at CI and OF in 2024.
