:HOU: accepts.

Time to start converting prospects into contributing pieces, and what better way to build than with a long-term SP commitment

In all seriousness, I am committing to Suarez not only to solidify my rotation, but to also give me flexibility to move a SP for a bat if I need to (which I NEED to).

Thanks for the discussion @indiansnation !
