Title: SF/CHC Trade
Post by: NippyJones on May 22, 2024, 07:25:56 PM
CHC send to SF:

SP John Means

SF sends to Cubs:

CI Bryan Ramos
OF Yasser Mercedes

SF needs pitching help and is hoping that Means' elbow issue will be a short-term problem.

:CHC: agrees. Another short-term asset for long-term potential deal.

Ramos goes to the 40 man roster, Mercedes to the minors.

@NippyJones you will need to make a move to resolve your 40 man overage due to adding Means.

I requested the release of Villar from my roster but he still appears on my Fantrax roster even though the transaction is noted as completed. I have moved him to minors because my roster was illegal pending final removal. Please take care of this. Thanks.
