Title: New SD GM

:SD: has hired a new GM.  With Dan leaving to take the Cubs GM spot, it became necessary for the Padres to find a new GM.  They found a seasoned GM to take on the role.  Please welcome Pratap back to the league.  Pratap previously did a stint in 2022 as the GM of :SF: and led them to a winning record of 86-68.

Pratap has now been added to the :SD: team on FT, and I've swapped over to the :CHC: squad.

Thank you Dan for getting that sorted and it's good to come back for my second stint
