KC is reloading its farm with draft picks in a deep draft, I would again say that I will eventually need to consolidate future picks as my farm becomes full so with that I am comfortable making this trade.

Cubs agree to the deal. I got a 1st out of the deal which was the selling point. I also get a late pick this year and another pick next year.
