Title: Rockies - Astros trade
Post by: DaveW on December 29, 2023, 06:34:12 AM

Rockies trade:

Andrew McCutchen UT PIT 5.5MM 2024

Astros trade:

Jace Bohrofen OF TOR prospect
pick 4-25 in 2024 draft

Rockies approve - I need to clear a few 40-man roster spots and McCutchen's age and injury risk made him movable.  I think (hope?) Bohrofen could be an underrated draftee that takes a big step forward this coming year.  Thanks for the dialogue @dbreer23 and good luck!

:HOU: agrees

Reasonable price to pay to help fill in my 2024 lineup a bit. Thanks @DaveW !
