Title: Field of Dreams rookie draft

I have finalized the rookie draft.  It will begin Dec 4, at 8am est on Fantrax.   You can only draft players that went through the rookie draft and then were signed.  You can not draft any player that was not signed to a contract.  Any player that is drafted that is invalid, on the backside, I will remove the player drafted and place the highest available draft picks.

do not pick foreign players.  They must be signed as free agents.  You can only draft players that were in the rookie mlb draft.
