Title: contract extentions

Owners, please post your contract extensions as soon as possible. I will work with you, but as of right now, all pending free agents, either 6th year or 2024 contracts, will be released to free agency as of 11/15 at midnight.

The following teams have supplied extensions and cut-free agents not being kept. I have updated all service time for minor league-eligible players in years one to six.

The following teams still need to provide extensions

:MIN: - @JMullen175
:TB: - NO Owner

I have updated to reflect who is ready and still waiting to hear from.   Please declare your extensions.

Looks like I owe some extensions, but I thought I posted them on the PB site.   The ones for Vlad, Bichette, etc.

I spoke to Mr. Mullen last night on Discord, and he said that he is back and will take care of his extensions before the deadline.
