Mets trade:
Zack Neto SS LAA P-2026
Alex Lange RP DET P-2025
Rockies trade:
Gunnar Hoglund SP OAK prospect
Zach Showalter SP STL prospect
Carmen Mlodzinski SP/RP PIT P-N/A
David Villar 3B,2B SFG P-2025
With the new positional eligibility set-up I have an abundance of 2B options but my only SS option is the withering husk of Tim Anderson. I need an SS with upside and Neto fits my needs well. Then Lange should help me with a couple of the new scoring categories. Hate to give up Hoglund, since I think he's going to come back strong from injuries next year, but happy with the deal overall. Thanks @jschwab and good luck!

Mets confirm. We continue our rebuild by adding a few arms we are quite high on for the future.
