PC + $15m

Each team only had $10m bonus pool monies.
PC + (bonus pool up to $10m when applicable)

Not all of the PC + (Anything) bids are valid bids because some of the bidders have used bonus pool money.

You may spend actual contract money to beat a bid.
PC+$10m is maximum PC bid.
From there $11m is the next valid bid and it eliminates PC altogether. Places player on MLB roster permanently because of the MLB contract structure.

Next year this is all irrelevant.
The first PC bid will be awarded immediately.

Thanks!
