Title: Nationals Releases and Contract Buyout

The Nats would like to part ways with the following players:

Release Jean Segura MI/CI FA $10.0 2023, take $7.5MM cap hit in 2023

Cap hit  $7.5MM (75% of $10MM)

Release Tyler Naquin OF MIL $7.0 2025, take $11.5MM cap hit in 2023

using the 75/50/25 formula: $7.0 x (0.75 + 0.5 + 0.25) = $10.5MM.  Then multiply the $10.5MM x 1.1 to get $11.55MM which I round to the nearest 0.5MM to arrive at $11.5MM.
