SP Mark Appel $0.5m (P-n/a) released under contract should be no cap hits.
MI Romy Gonzalez $0.5m (P-n/a) should be released from MLB roster.
C Yohel Pozo $0.5m (P-n/a) should be demoted from MLB to MiLB roster.
RP Jose Hernandez $0.5m (P-n/a) should be promoted from MiLB to MLB roster.

The $1m signing bonus for 2023 is correct.  He was later released as a prospect.  http://www.profsl.com/smf/index.php?topic=422864.0
