Astros Give:
OF Lee, Carlos, $16.5m (2012)
CI Ka'aihue, Kila, $0.5m (P-n/a)
2-11 HOU
5-10 HOU (from KC, from ARZ)
5-11 HOU
Angels give:
OF Guerrero, Vladimir, $12m (2010) + $5m in Cash for Vlad's contract
CI Baker, Jeff, $0.5m (P-2010)
CI Fields, Josh, $0.5m (2011)
SP Mazzaro, Vin, $0.5m (P-2012)
SP Kendrick, Kyle, $2m (2012)
SP Braden, Dallas, $1m (2011)
Astros need players and a reduction of cap to get into the game this year. Cap reduction will also allow the Stros to manage into FA for next year as well. This provides pitching depth for this year and CI depth as well.

I accept. Lee over Guerrero is an obvious improvement - guy is in his early 30's and is a contact hitter with low K's, so he will continue to succeed in the rest of his contract. The rest of this deal is balanced out as I get a top CI prospect and loads of high draft picks... not to mention I clear the space necessary for my FA acquisitions.
