Title: Spurs extensions

Spurs would like to extend:

- Tre Jones $2.5m 3 years (254 2021/2022)
- Keldon Johnson $20.4m (53 2021/2022), 1 year if the proposed new rule on 1-year extension is not in place yet, otherwise 2 years

@Billy will have to answer the 2 year vs. 1 year extension question. I thought we had moved to 2 years, but I don't see it in the rules and can't recall where that conversation happened.

I thought we had put it in place but apparently never finalized the discussion.
