Los Angeles Clippers trade:
Justin Holiday $2.5m (2023)
Joe Wieskamp $0.5m (2024)

Brooklyn Nets trade:
Jared Butler $0.5m (2024)
Oklahoma City Thunder 2nd Round Pick in 2023

We think Jared Butler has the highest upside here. With the full out rebuild Justin Holiday is no longer in the plans, so getting a 2nd round pick and a young player with upside for one young player with upside and someone that isn't in the plans seems like a win. We shall see.

Nets didn't want to deal Butler, but Wieskamp is on a great developmental team and with the Spurs dealing Murray to the Hawks, Wieskamp could get an extended look
Holiday will fill in some minutes as a backup for the team until the Nets can get a firmer grasp on the guards of the future. Also, he can play the wong and be a sleeper for 3s.

This trade needs to be revised to a different pick than OKC 2nd or just take out the pick.

The Spurs currently have the 2nd due to revised trade removing that pick from being sent to Lakers who then sent it to Brooklyn.
