Title: Clippers & Lakers Trade
Post by: DynastyDeacon on July 04, 2022, 08:30:15 PM

Los Angeles Clippers trade:
Kristaps Porzingis $30m (2024) (Los Angeles Clippers pay $15m in 2023)
Bradley Beal $30m (2023) ($4m previously paid in 2023)

Los Angeles Lakers trade:
Los Angeles Clippers 1st Round Pick in 2023
Los Angeles Lakers 1st Round Pick in 2024
Orlando Magic 1st Round Pick in 2024
Hamidou Diallo $5m (2024)
Daniel Gafford $1.8m (2023)
Bojan Bogdanovic $18.7m (2023)

A rebuild wasn't really in the cards before as we didn't own our own draft pick next year. Now that we can get that draft pick back from the Lakers a full rebuild and a shot at Victor Wembanyama makes more sense. We have a few other good assets we can move for more picks in future years to do a proper rebuild.

Thanks Lakers for the talks. You should have a good team this year with all the picks, Beal and Kristaps. Good luck!
