The Cubs will be expected to spend a lot. Their team is very, very young. There are some competitors such as the Rangers, Dodgers, Blue Jays, Rays, and Red Sox with plenty of cash. The Mariners, Orioles, and Mets will all look to add to their rebuilding process this winter.
