Title: Cavaliers/Knicks Trade
Post by: DynastyDeacon on June 10, 2022, 08:07:55 PM

New York Knicks trade:
Donovan Mitchell $23.0m (2027)

Cleveland Cavaliers trade:
Darius Garland $7.6m (2023) RFA
Patrick Williams $5.4m (2024) RFA

Garland was great down the stretch and Williams has potential. We are hoping this will shave some cap off in future years as well. Williams is also hopefully SF eligible, which is something this team definitely needs.

Thanks Cleveland for the talks. Enjoy the star that is Donovan Mitchell.

I accept this deal. I am moving 2 guys that I like but feel Donovan was worth it. I have other moves in progress as well in the guard section. I am going for it and he fits the bill in terms of getting me stats in a few sections.
