Vikings Receive:
Rashod Bateman WR/BAL $7.5M (2024)
Jaylon Smith LB/NYG $10M (2024)
Godwin Igwebuike RB, CB, S/DET $500K (2022). *Practice squad guy in 2022, would like added to active roster
Bills Receive:
Allen Robinson WR/CHI (FA) $14 (2022)
Cody White WR/CHI 500K (2022)
Vikings did not intend on moving Robinson this early in the offseason, but the upside in Bateman and suspense with Godwin make this an interesting deal. Bateman was a high draft pick last year but started the season on IR, now that he is healthy he should emerge quickly as at least the WR2 in Baltimore. Jaylon, when he is on his game is an easy top linebacker so we are buying low on him even though the salary is high. The potential benefit outweighs the risk here.
Nice deal Bills
