Post by: DynastyDeacon on December 20, 2021, 09:09:21 AM

Toronto Raptors trade:
Marcus Morris $1.2m (2022)
Eric Gordon $1.0m (2023)

Miami Heat trade:
Kendrick Nunn $5m (2024)
Ty Jerome $3m (2023) RFA
Los Angeles Clippers 2023 2nd Round Pick

Toronto makes this trade to continue to get younger and rebuild.

Miami confirms...The Heat are all in, pushing for a title this season and this trade is a very nice upgrade for me.  I did a lot of work in the off-season to keep Nunn and I hate to move him here, but the injury has killed me.  As a former 1st round pick, Jerome has good upside, but the production is just not there on a team where I thought he would have a more consistent role.  So while I give up potential long term production, Morris and Gordon give me a nice bump this season.
