I was not sure if I can advance that 2022 cap hit to 2021. I can't do it currently b/c I don't have enough remaining cap to take on that 2.5 hit. I may make another move to two that would clear that. If it's not allowed, that's cool.

You can exceed next years cap.
All teams must be cap compliant by 9/1/22.
NFL Teams exceed the cap all the time but they also have a deadline before the start of the season to become compliant.

We have a cap ceiling that fluctuates with the NFL's cap which is not fully identified until the next NFL League year.
You can be $50m over if you like but by 9/1/22 if your team is over the cap the league will cut players for you until you are not.
Moving of cap hits, funds, cash, any form of currency movement or minipulation is not allowed. We all have & can spend the same amount as organizations each year.
