2 way will bring it up to 1.3m cap hit a year. Add .5m for 2 way fee, split 2.5m in half and round up from 1.25 to 1.3m

I was wrong about this. it's 500k per year, so his contract is 1.5m per year for 2 years, 2 way contract.
