Dillon Stoner is regular contract and on the regular roster but Isaiah Zuber is on a PSC but on Fantrax he's on my regular roster.

A player must be on a specific contract. 1 of 16 max. Called the PSC contract.
A team may only have 16 PSC Players/offers at any one time.
The only players that can be placed on the practice squad is one of the sixteen on a PSC contract.
Player service time is only useful to determine PSC eligibility.
Player contracts at league minimum are not Practice Squad eligible.
