Title: Nationals/Red Sox Trade

The Nationals and Red Sox have agreed to the following:

Nationals receive:
SP Floyd, Gavin, $4m (2013)
MI Ellis, Mark, $4m (2013)
CI-OF Huff, Aubrey, $4m (2012)

Red Sox receive:
CI Rodriguez, Alex, $27.5m (2018)
X-CI Rodriguez, Alex, Cash Exchanged on Contract, $-20m in 2012, 2013, 2014, $-10m in 2015, $8m in 2016
SP Slowey, Kevin, $1.5m (2013)

I make this trade to provide some much needed depth to my offense, as well as get an upgrade at SP.  A-Rod could come back and be a (healthy) monster, but my pitching rotation feels complete now, and I land a couple good veterans offensively that I can insert into almost any position in my lineup.

Hate to deal Floyd but resigning after next year will be more then want to spend and I fill hole with when healthy solid CI I been trying to fill for bit

This is a side note, yes, but had Theo successfully acquired A-fraud, the Sox don't win two world series, I don't think.
