Title: Canadiens/Panthers Trade
Post by: Tarheels55 on November 16, 2011, 04:25:16 PM

To Florida
C - Louis LeBlanc, N/C, (0 Games)
LW - Travis Moen, $1.5m (2011-2012)

To Montreal
D - Corey Potter, $1.8m (2013-2014) ... decent length contract & not pricey
FLA - Round 2 - 2012 ... build up your minor leagues

:iatp: tarheels55 and i agreed to pull the trigger here. he likes potter's potential on a young oilers team l and i like moen's modest production at LW. my 2nd rd for his minor leaguer is relatively balanced to round out the deal.

thanks for the smooth negotiations, tarheels55.  :toast:
