2021: $1.6 * .75 = 1.2 mil
2022: $1.6 * .50 = .800

$2.0 mil * 1.1 = $2,200,000

Sorry, I read the rules more closely and see that new owners can drop any retired players or players playing overseas. So I'd like to drop Phegley that way.

Also, Bour is playing overseas. His contract is expiring but might as well drop him too.
