Duplantier has 49.1 IP and can?t be placed on MiLB roster.

1.)Any player may be placed in the minors at any time unless, during a previous season or seasons, he has (a) played in 50 games (position player) or (b) accumulated 40 IP (pitcher) in the Major Leagues.

My fault.  Can we switch him out and send Jorge Ona to the minors?

Thanks.
