Although I don't want to give the Phillies another edge on the competition, I believe your extension should only be $13.5.  Bregman is a (P-2020), so his extension would be calculated as 60% of the #1 CI salary (Joey Votto @ $22.00).  60% of $22.0m is $13.2m, which would need to be rounded up to $13.5m.  I'm going to go with $13.5m. :toth:
