MI Leonardo Jimenez .5(p-n/a)
SP Kendall Williams .5(p-n/a)

Well, I didn’t think I’d be able to spin Verlander so quickly, but Vik came calling and in the end, I do take on some money on Verlander this year to make it happen, but I was able to turn the 4 prospects I dealt for Verlander into 4 prospects with much more upside and a group of guys I may be able to move to continue to build the farm. Good luck to :TOR: trying to win it all

Accept. Wasn't planning to make this deal, but when I saw Verlander was traded with intent to flip for a better specs, I figured it's worth exploring since I had a bunch of guys with contracts I wasn't a fan a huge fan of and moving them all is basically even money next year. It's risky adding 1 more high priced guy, especially at his age, but Verlander has too much talent and upside to pass. He was also someone I would have perused had he hit FA and I actually had cap left so this is next best thing. I do give up some specs I like but get to keep some others so we found a fair compromise.
