Since RP Kimbrel, Craig, $4m (2019) is in the last year of his contract, and the extension is less than his current contract, he can only be extended for 2 years at a minimum of 70% of his original contract.  Therefore, his new contract will be:

RP Kimbrel, Craig, $3.0m (2021)
